Terms and refund policy
What this is. Every section here is optional: many organisers publish only a refund policy. This site keeps three sets: classes, workshops and retreats, each with its own cancellation bands.
Why it's here. The booking form shows the right set for the event, and a guest cancelling online gets what the bands say.
Not used on this setup.

These are the terms for Workshops & trainings.
Terms & conditions
Workshops run as a closed group: please come for the whole day. Places are confirmed on payment. We may need to cancel a workshop if too few people book; you would get a full refund or a transfer.
Refunds & cancellations
Full refund 14 or more days before the workshop; half back between 7 and 13 days before; no refund inside 7 days, though your place can go to the next person on the waitlist, in which case we refund you in full.
Cancelling online
You can cancel from My bookings. What comes back to your card depends on how many days before the start you cancel:

For a course, days count to its first date. For a payment plan, the refund is a share of what you've paid so far, and later payments stop.
Privacy
Lantern Barn Collective keeps your name, email address, booking and payment details, and your answers to any booking questions, so that we can run the classes you book and keep you safe on the floor. Health answers are deleted 30 days after the event unless you ask us to keep them. We never sell or share your details, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.
