Terms and refund policy
What this is. Every section here is optional: many organisers publish only a refund policy. This site keeps three sets: classes, workshops and retreats, each with its own cancellation bands.
Why it's here. The booking form shows the right set for the event, and a guest cancelling online gets what the bands say.
Not used on this setup.

These are the terms for Retreats.
Terms & conditions
Your deposit secures your place and your room. The balance is due four weeks before we start. Please take out travel insurance that covers cancellation: once we are inside thirty days we have paid the centre for your room and meals. All meals are vegetarian; tell us about dietary needs when you book. Over-18s only. We start and finish together: please plan to stay for the whole retreat.
Refunds & cancellations
Cancel 60 or more days before the retreat and everything you have paid comes back. Between 30 and 59 days before, half comes back. Inside 30 days there is no refund, but you may transfer your place to someone else for a £35 admin fee.
Cancelling online
You can cancel from My bookings. What comes back to your card depends on how many days before the start you cancel:

For a course, days count to its first date. For a payment plan, the refund is a share of what you've paid so far, and later payments stop.
Privacy
Lantern Barn Collective keeps your name, email address, booking and payment details, and your answers to any booking questions, so that we can run the classes you book and keep you safe on the floor. Health answers are deleted 30 days after the event unless you ask us to keep them. We never sell or share your details, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.
