Terms and refund policy
What this is. Every section here is optional: many organisers publish only a refund policy. This site keeps three sets: classes, workshops and retreats, each with its own cancellation bands.
Why it's here. The booking form shows the right set for the event, and a guest cancelling online gets what the bands say.
Not used on this setup.

These are the terms for Classes.
Terms & conditions
Arrive ten minutes before the start; the door closes at the start time. Please tell the teacher about injuries or health conditions before the class. Phones off and away from the floor.
Refunds & cancellations
Full refund if you cancel two or more days before the class. Inside two days there is no refund, but you can move your place to another date from My bookings.
Cancelling online
You can cancel from My bookings. What comes back to your card depends on how many days before the start you cancel:

For a course, days count to its first date. For a payment plan, the refund is a share of what you've paid so far, and later payments stop.
Privacy
Lantern Barn Collective keeps your name, email address, booking and payment details, and your answers to any booking questions, so that we can run the classes you book and keep you safe on the floor. Health answers are deleted 30 days after the event unless you ask us to keep them. We never sell or share your details, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.
